These sessions will be geared towards your goal and we will target different areas of the body and movements through out the week.

These session will allow you to set a goal and reach that goal with proper training from myself and tips on diet after these 15 sessions are complete you should see a noticeable change in your body and should be on your way to your eventual goal.
